RE: OPSEC. from one of my other moms and have to pass it on

Sam I am.

Do you like OPSEC and ham?

I do not get it, Sam I am.

I do not get OPSEC and ham.

We must use it here and there.

We must use it everywhere.

You CAN share it in a car.

But you CANNOT in a bar.

You CANNOT share it in a text.

You CANNOT share it at the NEX.

You CAN say it in your house.

But should NOT tell a random spouse.

You CAN say it in the shower.

But do NOT go sharing at happy hour.

DON’T make the Ombudsman sweat.

DON’T post it on the internet.

You CANNOT share it in a tweet.

That would not be very sweet.

Beware of Facebook and Myspace too.

It’s tempting to let your feelings through.

You Cannot tell it to a friend.

NOT even at the very end.

It is a privilege to know a date.

DON’T tell ANYONE or they may be late!

Oh, I get it, Sam I am.

Now I get OPSEC and ham!

I will not tell anyone. I will keep hushed until they’re done!

I will not tell him or her. I will not tell my dog with fur.

I will not tell my child’s teacher. I will not tell any creature.

Thank you, THANK YOU, Sam I am.

I'm tired today but our visit was worth it...we arrived safely back in Htown early Sunday evening.

The trip to OK and Tinker was GREAT! We meet 2 of Ryan's shipmates that are also assigned to VQ-4 squadron. One is an AT like Ryan and the other is AD.

They all live in the barracks on base. Only 2 Navy barrack buildings that Ryan is aware of....since it is an AF base.

Barracks closer to front, by Ryan's description, of base and workshop at the back. Pretty good drive around base to get to/from work. MP's are really strict on speed limits....too many points issued, instead of ticket, could lose driving privileges on base :(

Appears to have a sense of driving around OK; only went the wrong way once while we were there :-)

We went to Turner Falls Park for the day on Saturday. Several watering holes to swim in and river stream areas to soak in as well. Water levels alittle...Several caves to explore around; must climb to get too. Really crowded but refreshingly cool...we were prepared for lunch (sandwiches)and dinner (ribs & sausage)...good thing too; we all had an appetite after that day.

This park is about an hours drive from OKC but gave us time to talk & catch up:-)

Of course Saunday morning was time to rest and then eat a large breakfast, favorite meal of the day, before packing to head home.

Probably planning a another trip over Labor Day weekend. 40 days and counting......

Arrived safely in OKC and met up with Ryan. Had the personal drive tour of Tinker AFB and saw my sailor's quarters and work place. Saw the VQ-4 workshop and E-6B birds on the deck. Really amazing my son is working on them.....

We went to Bricktown and ate dinner at Tobey Keith's restaurant...mmm Good!

Good for you Alysia! It feels like Friday to me. Gio wishes it was not the end of the week cuz he's having a great time at VBS. We're having record heat here in NE OH. I can't imagine this heat and humidity daily...
