Doctor cleared me. No PT because he said if I can do Zumba PT is a waste if time. Seeing him in one month to reevaluate right knee and talk about left knee. He was very impressed that I'm up so fast. I told him when there is no pain I can do anything. He said that I must of been in really a lot of pain to come back so fast. I still have 6 weeks to be careful with it though.

Jean, hope all went well at the doctors today, wow girl let one knee heal before you do the other..LOL

spyder, just about to leave to go to the Airport! Dancing here 1 hr and 17 minutes..LOL And I will be hugging her for all of us!

Blondie, maybe you do need to quit! They need to treat you better, and get someone who knows what they are doing, and can be there to help! Take care of yourself.

Ok I am off, can't wait to hug my girl! The Airport won't let us meet her at the gate, so will meet her at the bottom of the escalator .
