Happy Mother's Day all.  I hope you get a phone call, text, e-mail or gift/flowers/letter sent.  If not Know they ARE thinking of you.  HUGS

Our sailor is EO, seabee. There are only 3 females at A school, about 70 guys. She said it is hard sometimes to keep up with their long strides, but they have to keep up with her for PFAs!

Blondie those babies are adorable!  I wouldn't be able to get enough of them either!

You're saying that your sister hit the trifecta for derby?  Wow, I need to call her when I go to the track. Didn't see what it paid but the exotics are the way to make $!

My niece needs all the prayers she can get.  Her pain level is very high and due to the medications needed she cannot go home and have her pain managed.  Her dad is a bit of a pain and wants to go home so he's told her to lie about her pain level.  That's bad on so many fronts.  He's also been rude to every doctor to the point where my niece has told him to stop that he's embarrassing her.  Her great grandma will be arriving on Sunday and will put things in order.  Nobody crosses this woman and she gets control quickly.  Thank God that she's coming soon.

Yes, JayDee spring has spung.  it's always up and down in Ohio.  I believe we're done with snow tho we had hail last night.  Storms here thru- Monday.  Got part of our garden in and yard mowed 3 times, needs it again but .... lol

Our little bundle, is growing, now 6#6 oz. his due date was this past tue. ! Hard to believe he's 5 weeks old already.

Will continue Praying for your niece.  Everyone likes a little extra cash!!  My sister won BIG 1st, 2nd and 3rd, boxed not straight but Kootoos to her.

I won't see any of my kids or grandkids for Mother's Day this year, kinda sad.  So Hubby and I was planning some local sight seeing...and I Always work in my Memorial Garden ( mothers and grandma flowers and bushes) but now they're call for rain and storms :(  Maybe I'll read a good book or take a nap. Sure to face time my Tahlia!

Mia, please forgive my bad memory, is your daughter a Nuke?  Mine is and was always in the minority.  Once she got to her carrier she has more female friends than she's had her whole life.  It makes me smile when she talks about going out with her girlfriends.  Even though she's married she has time for the girls.

How's everyone else doing?  Blondie summer has found us, I'm guessing that you're having similar weather.  I did hear that the Kentucky Derby was the wettest ever recorded.  I put $2 on Lone Sailor and I think the poor horse is still running.  Good news is that I also put $2 on Justify.  My boss was at Derby and placed my bets so Monday morning I had some extra cash sitting on my desk.

Thank you for the prayers for my great niece.  I'd like to say things are improving but I do not think that's the case.  We have been unable to see her as she's in isolation.  Not only is she on the bone marrow transplant list but there's MRSA on her floor so they don't want any germs walking in and out of her room.

Hope everyone has a lovely mothers day.  I'll not get to see my sailor and probably won't get a call as her ship is underway.  I know she'll think of me and will call when she gets back to port in a couple weeks.  HUGS to all of you.

A school starts today, 10th, and she is the only female in her platoon.

Krikris congratulations! I also like watching them march in formation.

All graduated, neat ceremony.  Other than the wait time for some VIPs, it was pretty quick.  I think my favorite part was when they marched back to barracks afterward.  I love seeing them in formation, in their dress whites and calling cadence.

Blondie - TX to CA, yes it is a long trip. :)

Anna - Portsmouth, VA is her first duty station
