Hello Ladies,

As some of you know my Sailor Son is deployed in Sigonella, Sicilly right now.  And on the news we heard Mt Edna is erupting again.  It's about 30 miles from Son's base.  Please keep him and his fellow shipmates in your prayers for everyone's safety!!!

Hello my friends

it has been a long time since I have come to visit here but that doesn't mean that I don't think of my fellow Navy moms.

My sailor has been in for just a little over 2 years now and I can't believe how fast time has gone by.

Her Navy journey has been a journey of self discovery for her and also for me. A few weeks ago she gave me news that I never expected to here. She is pregnant. I'm going to be a grandmother??? what? Wait! How? I mean, what? Really? But what about...? What happens now? When? When are you due? OMGEEEEEE!!!

I had to let the news soak in for a few days...I cried, I prayed, cried and prayed. Now all I do is smile and think of the little baby that I am already so in love with!!!

Thank God my sailor is doing ok. The pregnancy is going well.

Sailor BF is so happy and very supportive.

I trust in God that everything will be ok.

Jeremiah 29:11

Thank you ladies for lending your ear.
