Good morning all, Looks like I am going to a mini-M&G in Sloughhouse, CA. Anybody else want to come today at 2pm?

I need to go to the gym first, I love my Zumba class!

MartiBTx, Have  fun in Seattle.

Blondie, it is sad. I try to be non-judgmentally with my adult kids. But sometimes, ugh! Liz is a good person, she just never bonded with her nephew. Distant is not the problem since Aidan lives in  a suburb of Sacramento and Liz lives in Sacramento.

Good morning all! Thanks Vickysrun for the hug. Was so busy with my garden yesterday i didn't have much time to do much else. I found out my daughter was back and her husband posted the cutest picture of her and her little boy napping together.
Got my tickets for Seattle - so excited that i will get to see both of my daughters and my grandchildren.

Hi Blondie,
Yes still love the job. My knees only hurt when it I'd raining. So most of the time. But right now until Monday night were going to have sun. Tomorrow it is supposed to be upper 70s. Maybe 80 for mothers day. How are you doing?
Everyone Happy Mothers day. Hope everyone gets to hear from there sailor.

On a good note, Chrissy made it to her first port call and got some liberty time. She has posted several pictures on FB. Always good to get pics of our sailors.

Good morning,

Yes, it hurts. But I can't make my ex-husband and his wife go see Aidan. I am upset with my older daughter Liz because she said that Aidan is not invited to her son's 3rd Birthday party. Freddie and Aidan are five years apart so don't have much in common but they are  boy cousins!

Good afternoon all, Lovely Pics, Anna.

MartiBTx, The military is tough for Moms. My Chrissy gets separation anxiety. But her son, Aidan is a well-adjusted child and is very happy. I am so thankful that his father  and step-mother are doing a good job with him. What upsets me is that I am the only one on our side of the family that makes an effort to see Aidan when Chrissy is not here. Oh well, it is what is is. I can't do anything about it.
