Glad everyone is doing well this week.  It's been hectic for me the last few weeks but just have to share that my daughter phoned last night and told me she has been selected to be one of 8 CS on the new ship and her orders changed she has to attend combat school in Norfolk for 6 months.  So very proud of her and happy she will be close to mommyt!!!!!

Good Morning to Everyone.

Anna, sorry about the lose. She will be home other then 10 weeks at Quanico,VA. Sorry is I spelled that wrong. That will be her officer training. She doesn't need bootcamp again since she already went. Plus she is going in as an officer. But she has to finish her schooling. That is why 2 years.

Happy Friday everyone!!!!! Enjoy the weekend.

I am staying home to day. Bronchitis is kicking me today. I have made it to work all week but have not been able to get better. I decided it was time to stay home. I'm tired of fighting it and resting all weekend.

Catsmom,

Isn't it a shame when you have to get sick and stay home for your co-workers to appreciate all you do!!!

Jean,

So where will your daughter go for her basic training, and where will she be for the first 2 years??  I'm guessing her hubby will stay there with Aurora until FL???  It's so fun to watch babies as they learn more and more things to do on their own!!!  And two years of age will be a tough time to have to separate!!  I wish I could be closer to my grandchildren - - and my kids for that matter.  Chris's wife Amanda just lost their baby they were excited about having.  Just wasn't meant to be but still so sad.

Catsmom, no she is doing the marine thing. So in 2 years I'll lose seeing my granddaughter every week. They will end up in Florida for flight train for awhile. We have 2 years to talk her out of it. Aurora is doing fantastic. She is in the smiling and giggling stage. Plus she is very ticklish. I never know my husband had a thing with feet, until he has the baby. LOL. She is able to hold her head up now and is trying to flip over. It frustrates her when she can't.

Good morning everyone!

Thanks Jean, yeah a head cold. But I could have worked, just wanted to take a few days off..LOL Was amazing when I went back to work yesterday, how happy they all were to have me back..LOL Guess they found out how much work I really do...
How is that beautiful baby girl doing? Has your daughter decided what she wants to do? I hope she chooses to stay home. But we can't chose for them.

Blondie how are you doing?

Well off to work. Have a good day! Almost Friday!
