Catsmom,
I wondered why your text letters seemed to be up & down!!!!! Have a safe trip!!! You can catch up on sleep after you have your girl with you!!!!!! Then you will be relieved and at peace!!!
Emmie,
So sorry to hear about your Dad. Will certainly add you and your family to my prayers!!! And sorry you can't be there for the homecoming but I'm sure your daughter knows you are there in your heart!! And you will be with her soon and can give her plenty of hugs to make up for!!! II will get to spend Mothers Day with my son and his little family!!! It's been awhile since I've been with any of my kiddos on Mothers Day!!! I'm glad we can be here for you when you need. Sending you hugs - {{{ • • }}}
Emmie---prayers for you and your family! Even though you aren't able to make it to homecoming, she will soon be stateside--just knowing you can have contact when you need it will be a blessing!! And the countdown to Mother's Day begins :-)
Catsmom,
I agree with Spyder...feel like we are all along for the ride and I'm loving it!! Keep the updates coming---I'm giddy with excitement!
Thanks all for the hugs!!
9 months!!! Glad you are on your way to her!! Drive safely!
We had temps in the 30s-40s in the mornings these last two days as well! Crazy weather for Texas!
Emmie,will pray for your whole family. Glad your daughter is finally coming home,sorry you aren't able to be there. Good part she'll be there for Mothers Day. Yea for that.
Good Morning and Happy Holy Week! Easter is just around the corner! Love the updates lately, with homecomings and babies and new jobs and stressful jobs!! I think I have a little of all that just in my corner of Texas! My girl's ship is coming in next week, but my hubby and I will not be able to go see her come in. :( Our finances are inhibiting any travel at this time! She will have leave over Mother's Day, so all will be good! She has been deployed 8 months, so I am past ready for my hugs!
But if any of you would be willing to say a prayer for my family I would be grateful. My dad has cancer and will start chemo soon. He lives in Michigan and I live in Texas. Not an easy commute :(
Although my job is stable, (teaching visually impaired kiddos in the public schools), speech therapy friends are having to change their duties to include more testing and less therapy with the kiddos which is not her calling. God has a plan, but He isn't ready to let us know about how it will work out! lol
Thanks for continuing to be here whenever I need an ear!
Happy Easter to all!
Emmie
Good Morning to Everyone.
We had clouds for the eclipse, so we missed it too.
