@ lovemydiver....I'm not sure. We didn't send our son anything while in bc like that. When is his PIR? Congrats to him and everyone in there. The 800 divisions are awesome...but I'm a little partial! :)

Our son's group is doing "pool week" this week.....so far....so good!!! :)

My Boyfriend Is in BC right now. First letter just came in. SOOOO Exciting! He did ask for a simple digital black waterproof watch. Am I allowed to send this to him or will he get in trouble for it? Who can i contact at RTC to double check. I really dont want to get him in trouble.

Hi CaronMS,

So happy for your son. Just got back from Hawaii. It so pretty there. I hope you will be visiting him in Hawaii. He will love it.

My son just graduated from Dive school last Monday.  Graduation was great and he is so happy.  After a month of combat training he is off to Hawaii.  It's been a long 9 months!

Yes, congrats to your son. It takes persistence and dedication and NEVER giving up (and in my sons case, bullheadedness). Mine heads to Hawaii after a month in gulfport. He is very happy.

Sonja, Congratulations to you and your son. It sounds like he will make an excellent diver with his persistence. My son graduated from dive school in August and I have never seen him so happy doing something he loves! Good luck!
