Choose your Username.  For the privacy and safety of you and/or your sailor, NO LAST NAMES ARE ALLOWED, even if your last name differs from that of your sailor (please make sure your URL address does not include your last name either).  Also, please do not include your email address in your user name. Go to "Settings" above to set your Username.  While there, complete your Profile so you can post and share photos and videos of your Sailor and share stories with other moms!

Make sure to read our Community Guidelines and this Navy Operations Security (OPSEC) checklist - loose lips sink ships!

Join groups!  Browse for groups for your PIR date, your sailor's occupational specialty, "A" school, assigned ship, homeport city, your own city or state, and a myriad of other interests. Jump in and introduce yourself!  Start making friends that can last a lifetime.

OPSEC - Navy Operations Security

Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind.  In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships."  OPSEC is everyone's responsibility. 

DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.  

DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

Hi Tee-1...when in November? I will be there myself for my daughter's grad Nov 16 from flight engineer school...still waiting on orders to pop as to final PCS, but will be there a few days at least...would love to meet you and navymom3....

And the BIG news my dtr and her fiance are getting married while skydiving on Saturday...his leave got approved last minute so he's there with her now...wish I could b there with them, but this is just for the two of them...family ceremony later on, and frankly, I just can't see the sense in jumping out of a perfectly fine flying airplane....oh, to be young again...lol!

Haven't been on in a while...Good afternoon everyone.....my sailor has been waiting to start school since May....finally started last week....he leaves for Japan on August 29.....he sounds like he is getting nervous......

Zzsmom, congrats how exiting. My son turns 21 in September . We are flying him home for his birthday. Have not seen him since may . He entered April of 2011 but after boot he was stationed in sat for almost a year so would come h

Off this evening to see my Sailor Girl!  I will be with her for 9 days getting to celebrate her 21st birthday and her 1 year anniversary of service.  I am so stinking excited!
