First, most importantly, Nancy you are in my thoughts as well and please stay safe there and bring everyone home soon.

Secondly, the one Princess' hat looked like the picture they used to show us in grade school on what the female innards looked like - stupidest hat ever!  Also, why can't Victoria Beckham smile - I'd be smiling all the time if I were even NEAR David :)

Have a great weekend all!!!

I agree with you Leslie....Fergie's girls looked ridiculous...the one girl looked like a raccoon with that eye make-up...am surprised the Queen Mother didn't pooh pooh their "look."

Praying for you all, Nancy, that the process gets moving with the 2nd adoption and for safety.

Have a wonderful time at graduation Shelia - after all you've been through, you deserve a happy event!!

Sheila....I hope you have safe travels.

Regarding your mom are you taking a wheel chair with you?  If not you might want to consider one.  Eventho you more than likely have disabled parking, many of these colleges graduations have a long walk from the parking lot to the ceremony.  Also you might check into special seating for your mom, I know some colleges offer that for individuals in wheelchairs (they usually get the best seats).

Looking forward to hearing from you when you return.

Just read Leslie's comment - I agree: between phases is the best time to consider a visit.

We took our cues from our son. He didn't have to do IFS, so I'm not sure how to advise on that phase. He had a PPL and went straight into API. He definitely didn't want any distractions during the first 4 weeks because of all the academics and tests. One of his roommates had parents visit during his last 2 weeks of API. We had hoped to visit when our DS finished because it was going to coincide with our daughter's spring break, but then his schedule changed. His original class was too big and he was put, along with several others, in another class. Bottom line: he would have welcomed a visit, but the timing just didn't work out for us. I'd say, if he wants you to visit and you can, go for it!!

Sheila....This must be a sign you have now been through everything bad that could happen, so from now on everyting will be positive.

Chris- thank you for sharing the song- I was crying even before I left for church.

Toby Keith visited the USS Enterprise yesterday- I can't wait to hear all of the details from Andrew- I am so thankful for his support of all the troops.

Happy Easter everyone
