Darel's Princess---
Stay cool! It's ok to have "your moments" but don't make it a habit to have two a day.I let myself get a little down for no more than a minute a day.Remember to smile ALL THE TIME! Sounds silly but it really does work!
LETTERS LETTERS LETTERS! Keep them mailed out to him.I write Joey a joke in each letter I send and he loves it.It makes it easier to get pass the hard times when they have something to laugh inside about. Keep him in tune with the mainstream world.(i.e-new songs he will enjoy, movies you will see together soon, weird celeb news and each time a friend or family member asks about him.etc etc.)
I am at 18 days left now and it all seemed to go by pretty fast.(believe it or not,we do mean it when we say time is fling by!)

And last but not least, keep talking on here.I may miss something that I was getting information on and I can always come on here and get better help with my daily problems or questions here with the wonderful ladies on all the time!

Good luck and keep in touch!

Darel's Princess-STAY BUSY! That's what I tell everyone :) The more time you have to sit around and dwell on the fact that he's gone, the worse off you'll be. Pick up extra hours at work, or take an extra class. Go to the gym and be active. Write, write, write. He'll love your letters. I started a journal when he left, and it's probably the best decision I've made in a while. It allowed me to write through all the break downs I had and stay positive to him in my letters. I let him read it after boot camp, and he was amazed at what really happened while he was gone. Even now it helps to write through my break downs... I don't like depressing him too much. If you have any questions, I'm here to help! :)

AllieNJ - There's a place on base that they can be made as well as Army/Navy stores I believe usually can have them made.

Well im no longer a Navy gf =(. But i will soon be on my way to becoming a Navy Sailor. Me and my bf have been having problems since he began A school he changed alot. He treated me like i just wasnt important to him anymore and even said i was needy and annoying. He told me how the Navy was his priority now and he had to dedicate time to the navy so he couldnt call or txt me all the time. I know their schedule is busy and I didnt ask for alot from him and for him to word things like that was very unneccesary. So this weekend was the last string and he said something that i didnt like and we got into an argument and he broke up with me. I took him back a few times before but im so done with everything this time i dont deserve to be treated the way he treats me. I love him and i miss him and it sucks that this is happening but i gained something out of it and im being strong.

JCON fan---thank you! I didnt know it worked like that.

Proudnavygf- Im sorry things havent gotten better. Dont let him treat you like that. You just really need to talk to him and tell him how you feel and tell him that if he doesnt start treating you right then things are gonna change on your end too. A girl can only handle so much.
