My evenings are so much worse. I get down and lonely. I can't wait to see my hubby in 13 days.

britney216 and sailors sweetheart all our men go through it. I stay strong and stay as upbeat as I can, but sometimes I give in. Today he called and we both got emotional. he told me he wanted to leave the navy because he hates being away from me and he is struggling. It opened a door for us and we both poured out hearts out. We both cry, we both break down but we both hold each other up when we need more strength. dont hold back if u feel the urge to express yourself, but make sure u are just sad and not mad at him. My husband tells me that a guy he has gotten close to in haiti feel apart yesterday, cried over missing his wife and kids and has been in a funk since. they go through the same pain. be true to yourself, your feelings and ur relationship. you are the only ones who know what you can handle.

Seeing them will be like a kid on Christmas morning. I'm ready for the hello tears though, not so much the goodbye ones again.

Navywife- Thanks, that is what I'm looking forward to. I'll be nice to have a real conversation and not getting info a week after it happens. I can't wait to see him.
