Cookbook status

Please note:  In 2012, Linda, this group's creator, did a heroic effort and created a cookbook of our recipes that was sold to members as a fund raiser for Molly's Adopt a Sailor Project.  That cookbook is no longer available.   If anyone would like to volunteer to start another cookbook-publishing project, that would be great!

I am putting some more recipes in for the cookbook ...how many recipes do we have now.  I informed the NFO moms to help us out and will ask the other groups I am in to please contribute.  Can a person still get the first two cook books and if so how and how much???

Yikes!  Add a can of cherry pie filling to the recipe for Chocolate Cherry cake.  I'm making it now and realized I didn't remember typing that in.  I think I need to sit myself down, eat some cake and replenish those brain cells!

I just added 20 recipes to the link you provided.  I think this is a great idea and can't wait to order some of the new cookbooks for myself, family and friends!

Just added a dessert (lemon pudding cake) and a "miscellaneous' - watermelon pickles.  This is fun, what a great project :)

Do you want our first & last names? Our sailors first & last name? Rank?

I will look into more of mine and see what else looks worthy of the cookbook ;-)
