I live in Citra, which is between Ocala & Gainesville. I'd love to be a part of your group. My son just left for BC a week ago (01-08) & I'm still crying (not as bad as the first few days). I got his box with his clothes on Tuesday (more tears) , but I still don't have his address! I have letters ready to mail! I called his recruiter today, but no one answered??? I know it gets better, but this is hard! I know I'll feel better when I can send this mail to him!!
Com'on Debra the more the merrier!
Ladies, it was a pleasure meeting all of you today. I had a blast & can not wait until we do this again.

to all,
Well Sat. was a huge success....We had 12 in attendance whoohoo..I think that for our First gathering that is DAM good..
We had 3 huge boxes to send our January Sailors and I am sure they will be thrill will all that they receive! Thank you all for you donations. I am hoping during our next gathering we will make MORE. and show up Texas...LOL{400+} members.
I know because of our huge attendance I didn't get to chat will all of you as much as I would of love to. I was so excited that so many attended I lost my self in several conversations. So those of you that I didn't get to chat with as much as would of liked to, there will be a next time.
I am hoping for beginning of March for our next gathering and I think we will have it at a "Wine and Cheese" place.
For those of you that have photos that you have not seen here yet please do post.
thanks,
