Patti, what a great feeling!  I know you are proud. The PIR should be on every American's bucket list.  Have fun in GL!  We enjoyed the Navy Pier and the architecture boat tour plus, well we just did just about everything on those hop on hop off buses.  Good times.

Our sailor was actually Grad n go, but we enjoyed sitting in the airport with him at the USO until he had to leave, and then seeing all the sites. The USO experience proved to be valuable to him later on.  Since he was already familiar w/ it in GL, he was comfortable using it in some of his other travels.  They are genuinely helpful to all of our service men.

Woo whoo the keys.  Looks like we'll be headed that way in July, (Lord willing) if all goes right.  Is your sailor stationed there too?

I am in central Florida.  How about you?  I'll check with our American Legion.  I've been meaning to anyway since my husband is a Veteran.
