HI Ladies, I don't have problems with my feet hurting. I do have a lot of problems with my hands, they are hurting really bad. I am not sure why this is happening, but I truly wish it would stop!! I am still having issues with my pain, I am going to have a massage that is a theraputic one. I have a friend that had one recently and it helped her a great deal. We are in the midst of packing this house as we are moving next week on Wednesday and Thursday and then leaving Thursday night or Friday morning to head to S. C. to visit with our K's. We are putting everything in the house, just not arranging anything. It will wait until we come back on the 8th or 9th. Then the fun starts again as I unpack everything and figure out where I want to put everything. It is amazing how much stuff one family can have. We have 26 years of stuff and also stuff from our retail chocolate shoppe that we closed in December 09. Way too much stuff!!!

Does anyone have problems with the bottom of your feet hurting?  Not the arch area; the bottom of my heel and balls of my feet.  They hurt anytime I have been standing for more than an hour and not just continously standing.  If I am busy and running multiple errands over a day, my feet start hurting to the point I can hardly stand on them. I have had this problem for over 20 years now.  Fibro for more than 35 years!

Rhonda8881, sorry to hear that you are have a hard time right now, I know all about that fatigue and can not stand on your feet to long, Do you take B-12 shots? they helped me alot. The treatments that I am getting has done miracles for me. It has to be the workof the Good Lord. Hope all have a blessed week and your sailors are doing great.

Glad you are doing well Beverly.

I found out last week that the problem I have been having with my right knee is due to my kneecap being out of place!  I have to wear a brace for a while to correct it.  I did not think it was my fibro, but could not think what else it would be.

I still may have to have arthroscopic surgery on both knees in the future, but that is mostly due to age.

I am having flare ups more often now.  I guess what started after Easter will take a while to go away completely.  If I am on my feet for more than an hour or two I am exhausted the next day.  And if I am active in the least, I am a zombie for at least a day.  The fatigue is a great part of my problem.

I hope everyone has a good week.
