There isnt really a specific timeline for the phases, each sailor is different. We are in Pcola and my husband really wanted his freedom and got his phase II in 4 days. They told him he is one of the fastest they have ever seen. But it is possible...just tell him to work his butt off :)

Def better to ask in a school specific group. For example my husbands aschool in pcola is 2wks phase 1 - must be in uniform at all times, can only leave base in uniform on wkends with a buddy. nightly curfews. 2wks in phase 2 - can now wear civies. can leave base on wkdays and weekends w/ buddy , nightly curfews then phase three - can leave base Fri and report back sunday night. In comparision my brother n law is in Charleston and they are in phase one for an entire month, but their curfews are a lot later.

well phase are different for different A schools honestly. The best bet would be to find a group for your school and ask on there. Phases are generally about the same time as long as they get all the requirements done whatever they may be.
