Thanks for the advice....I really appreciate all the advice everyone can give me...I'm looking forward to receive the address so I can start mailing him letters... :)

@Lilly,
Unfortunately for me it got worse before it got better, but now I am getting used to it. The time really has gone by fast though. Start writing him letters now! Then when you get his form letter you can send them the same day. I also recommend lots of dark chocolate and sappy chick flicks, this way you get all the tears out at once. After you get "the box" and the form letter you will start to dry up a little, so only cry once or twice per day instead of every 30 mins. Eventually you will tear up a couple times a day, but manage to keep from giving in to full on crying. Then the letters and phone calls come and that excitement starts building the momentum to carry you through.
Hang in there!

My my LT sounds like you're having fun. I know how it goes though. Ever since before my husband's left everything has gone terribly wrong. Finally coming up from the creveces of the cracks of the creveces of rock bottom. Lol Faaaaaaaaaantastic. Uhg. Can't wait for this stupid deployment to be over.

Thanks TCarp. We roadside assistance through our auto insurance with USAA, it is actually about half the cost of AAA. Just FYI if you are shopping for it.

Hey LTLY... I am sorry to hear about. I do have to say AAA is great to have with or without the husband being around. I know we are going to be signing up for it very soon. I hope your day inside is made out to be a good one. Good luck on Monday. Ladies I hope you have a great weekend,

Oh the joys of my husband not being around...
Finally got out of the house today (Day 11), took the kids to the ampitheatre to see Dinosaur Land something or other...after it was over I noticed my tire was almost flat. So at 10:30pm with two kids in the car I pull into the only open gas station in the middle of NO WHERE TX! and start airing up the tire. Of course I debated if I should just go ahead and change it, or try to make it the 52 miles home. Hubby did sign us up for roadside asst before he left, so it was there if I needed it. With lots of prayer we made it home fine, now just have to take it to the shop on Mon. Guess we are back to being stuck in the house another day. Sigh. On the bright side, we are one more day closer to hearing from daddy...whatever day that may be.
