Have any of you ladies checked out bandsforarms.com? It's a site that takes old donated service uniforms and turns them into braclets. 70% of their funds go directly to the USO. The USO helps to keep our Sailors in communication with us while away from home at no cost to them or us. Please take a look at their site and order your bracelet today. I have ordered 3 and have 3 more on the way. They have several made from Navy uniforms (and other branches). bandsforarms.com

Ladies~ I do not message on this page often, but I have a rant that I think other wives may understand. And I hope I don't sound like the clingy wife when I say this because I am anything but.
My husband has not had class all day and hasn't called me since noon. I know he's busy and tired, but I just want a quick 10 minute call or text. For the most part I let him do his thing, but I know the calls will not always be able to happen so I want to talk all we can while we can. Last I talked to him he was just hanging out in his room. I've called and texted several times and he's not responded. I'm sure he's sleeping and I know he needs his rest, but man I want to hear his voice.

Can anyone give me some more info on "dream sheets?" Do they usually get what they put on there? And, we stayed behind in SD while he is in GL for A school... I heard (and hope) that they will bring him back here instead of move us all the way to VA. He is ET, so I hear it is most likely VA or SD for orders. And, is C school usually where the orders are?
Thanks!! :)

I have a question that hopefully someone can help me with. How far in advance will we find out where my husband will be stationed after he is done with his schooling? He is a STG and I know he does A school in GL then he goes to SanDiego for more school. But will they give him advanced notice of where his first station will be after he graduates? So we can plan and make arrangements? Or will it be last minute, like right after he graduates? Any info would be fabulous!! Thanks!!

I have a question for any Navy Diver wives or soon to be Navy Diver wives/ fiances. My husband is in boot camp right now but he is switching his career path from SEAL to Diver. I was all prepared for everything to expect during SEAL training and afterwards, but now I am completely in the dark! Any information on where the training is, how long it lasts, where he could be stationed, and what it is like to be a Diver's wife would be greatly appreciated! Thank you in advance!
Tia
