Just a quick reminder...our Northern NV N4M picnic is THIS Saturday from 1-4 at Crystal Lakes Park. Hope to see you there!

I did my N4M presentation at my son's DEP meeting today. I was a bit nervous but managed to get through just fine. All the DEPpers got a flier about the upcoming picnic and I was able to talk about how GREAT the N4M site is and how helpful it has been to me. Since it is Sept 11th, they also asked me to talk about my experience that day as that was their discussion topic at the meeting. Looking forward to meeting even more Nevada Navy Moms at our picnic.

We hope you can make it Ski-nanny. Even if you show up late...it will be a good time. Hope to see you there!

I don't know if I can make the potluck - it's a drill weekend for the Reserves so I know I am busy in the morning, but I don't know when I'll be done.

Yippee! Luckymomx4...I will search for a park closer to the south end of town so you won't have to go so far. I think there are some nice ones near Galena. I will create an event on here with the date and info so all the local Moms will be able to see it. I'm so excited to meet with you all!

That date is okay so far for us. I can bring whatever is needed! If we can't find a park, I can offer my house and 5 acres, but y'all have to come to Gardnerville!

Oh Kelly...you deserve to be on a PIR high. I'm so happy for you and your son. You've got a lot going on right now and I totally get it. Have a fun trip to AZ, we'll keep updating info as we go along. I hope the air clears by then too, this smoke is awful!
