Arla, I'm so happy you had such a wonderful time at your sons graduation and had a safe trip. Where is he going to be stationed?
Cherryllynn, that is a very funny story but at the same time it brought tears to my eyes. And as for Alex, the Dr.'s told them not to beat themselves up over this as it happens more than any of could even think, so that makes them feel better:)

Poor little thing!!! How dreadful!! Hope mom and dad aren't blaming themselves...stupid stuff happens with little ones. Just hard to go through. Let us know as soon as you hear anything...prayers for the family...
Jonathan graduated A school on Friday and he 'couldn't' get arrangements made to get home. All day Friday I was so bummed just kinda going through the motions knowing there was absolutely nothing I could do to get him home. Even called hubby to cry a bit. Just felt bad for him that he would have to stay on base for a few more days to get things worked out. I knew my other son, Kevin and his wife were coming up from Quincy for the weekend. Jonathan called around 10 just at the time Kevin arrived here so when Kevin and Danielle came in I was on the phone with Jonathan. So I gave them a quick hug and told them who I was talking to. But then I heard someone coming up the stairs...My heart stopped...I didn't dare even hope and then there he was. I burst into tears and ran to him and just hugged the poor kid to death just sobbing. Get this...he was on a 3-way call with my oldest, Ryan, in Texas. He was in on it too. He wanted to hear what happened. I cannot believe they pulled that off. My husband didn't even know. And then I find out that my 15 year old, Kristian the one who lives here!!!! was in on it tooooooo. He had known since the night before!!! I could not believe it!!!! And he never said a word!!!!
