I really wish I could. It would be great to meet you. I will keep you in my thoughts.

Wow, Mary! What a week you've had! Keep us posted on how you're doing. Hope things go well today and Thursday!

Adam'sPM, It sounds like fun and I'd love to see you again. I will have to see what's happening here in Hickory. My dog is having dental work today and I have my pacemaker interrogated this afternoon. After a minor setback (including a trip to an ER at the heart center in Camp Hill, Penn) last week on my way back from vacation, I have a follow-up later this week. Of course AFTER I went to the office to have the release papers signed for the ER records to be faxed here, then they tell me my clinician is no longer with the practice. After two days of looking around I found my specialist with another cardiology group, so I have an appointment with her on Thursday. I hope your hubby is recovering and that all is well. I do look forward to trying to be there Saturday if I'm able.

Sorry, folks! My husband was hospitalized not long ago, and the weeks have really gotten away from me. I had been watching for comments here, and hadn't seen any more. I think at least surfermom and I may be getting together at the IHOP on the 27th. Anyone else is welcome to join us. Chris? Mary? NCNarrator? battlebuddy? percussionvalentine? MomThatLovesHerSon? Anyone who wants to drive to Greensboro is Welcome.

OK, sorry for the blank posts.  I copied an entry that I had put in the "Triangle area moms" discussion and tried to paste it here and it has come out blank 2 times.  I don't know what's wrong.

But anyway, please look at the post on the Triangle area moms discussion.  I suggested places that we could meet for a get together.  A date of Tue. July 9 has been suggested.

Hi Triangle moms.  Let's meet on Tue. July 9!!  Let's post some suggestions on where.

Here are my suggestions:

Cracker Barrel on Airport Blvd, off of I-40

Bob Evans restaurant in Cary in Crossroads Shopping Center

IHOP restaurant on Kildaire Farm Rd. in Cary

What do y'all think?  I am very open to other places as well!!

Let's get together!!  We haven't finalized our plans yet and I am already excited!

Okay, so let's narrow it to the 20th or 27th. Any more votes?

Mary, congratulations on your soon-to-be grandson!  As you already know, boys are great!

Although I am not in the Triad area, I would love to come again but I will still be out of state until the 15th. Right now the 20th and 27th both seem ok for me. I hope everyone has a safe holiday.

Oh yeah, we saw our baby's latest sonogram taken in Japan...we are going to have a little Declan Alexander ********!!!! I had hoped they would have a girl the first time around but I know he will be loved just as much! <BIG grin>
