Just drop my boy off Tuesday. My heart is broken. I am so proud of him but I miss him so terribly. I grew military, married Navy so I know the road but this time is so much harder. Tonight is really been hard.
Congratulations to tylerandtony! I know you are soooo excited. Give him a big Navy Mom hug and tell him thank you for his service. I hope he accomplishes his goals while he is enlisted.
What a great time for PIR: just before the Fourth!
Hello moms, heading to PIR 7/3
Best o'luck Navymomx2!
Thanks everyone. There is a library next door to the local PO which is just a couple miles from my house. I can go there and print the forms then go by the PO and mail it.
percussionvalentine, thank you for the information. navymomx2, if I can get my printer back on line with our network, you are welcome to come here and print your forms. You might save yourself a little time also by going to the library there or in Conover to pay $0.15 or $0.20 to print off the forms. I will try to work on my printer this weekend.
Yes I think they accept the e-form at every PO. My problem now is that I don't have a printer to print the forms :/ So it looks like I will still be making a 10 mile trip to the PO every time I need to mail a package. :/ I think I might as well just stick with the forms. I was talking to a clerk at the Hickory PO and he said that there have been some problems. Im not sure if it is with the actual system or if the info on the e-form is entered incorrectly.
