I was not aware that they have an e-form now. I have also only used the paper forms before. It would be good to know. I wonder if they have started doing that in Hickory and Conover too?
I am getting ready to send a package to my son in Japan. I normally use the paper custom form but thought this time I might do it online electronically. I mailed a package back before Christmas and was talking to the postal clerk at the city PO and he said they had been having some problems with the new electronic procedure but they were working the "kinks" out. My local PO is only a couple miles from me but does not have the equipment to do this but she said she could mail it only if I do it online. My question is has anyone had any problems with the online form and delivery, delivery delayed etc.? I really don't want to have to deal with a lost package. Thanks
Happy Mother's Day, everybody!
