I would be fine with either of them. AMESteelesMom, would that work for you, this Sat. 6/21/14, at Chili's at White Oak or the mom and pop Greek restaurant off Timber?

I can meet this Saturday/June 21 for lunch.  We can meet at a chain restaurant like Chili's at White Oak. Or there is a Mom and PoP Greek restarant off Timber Drive that has excellent food too.  http://www.alexanderscuisine.com/

I am open for anything that is decided by all.

Could we meet for lunch this coming Saturday, 6/21/14? Would that work for y'all? Let's try to find a good restaurant in Garner.

I am also free most weekends and weekday evenings after 5pm.  Maybe we can look at meeting up after the week of July 4th?  I am also out of town during that time frame coming back into town after July 8th.  Glad to see coversation with others on this site and looking forward to meeting other Navy Mom's!

Just let me know.  I am available on Saturdays, Sundays - Days.  Mon, Tues, Thurs - Evenings.  I will be out of town the week of the 4th.  How exciting!  My son has been in for almost 4 years and I have never done a meet-up with other moms.  Looking forward to it!

That would be great, meeting anywhere in the triangle is good.

Hi chi's Mom and AMESteelesMom,

We could meet at a restaurant in Garner? Would y'all be interested in that?

Comment by AMESteelesMom on June 18, 2014 at 10:37am

I live in Garner as well.  My son is an AME2 with the VAW-126 based in Norfolk., He just returned not too long ago from a 9 month deployment on the Truman. I don't get to post much but read posts through email.  I'd love for all that could meet, to do so!

I am in the triangle area and would love to meet!  Live in Garner and work in Raleigh near Cary.  My daughter is stationed on the USS John C Stennis out in Bremerton, WA.
