I for sure would love to meet you all,, I am not a NC lady but if it counts for anything I did grow up in Virginia. I was an Army brat stationed at Ft. Lee.  :)

Keep me posted on any get together's and I will let you know when I make my trip

Sadly there isn't much to do around here. At the beach there are places for putt putt golf, a waterslide, bumper boats, and jet ski rentals in addition to all the typical beach/coastal stuff to do.  I would be happy to meet up with you ladies:)

chon's mom~ I graduated from ECU! go Pirates!!!! Arghhhhh!

Chons Mom... where is your son now

Sunshine73... is Havelock the next town from Cherry Point or where the beach is?

Ok so what is there to do around there for a guy?  Beach? Amusement parks?  How far are they from Cherry Point?

Comment by sunshine73 on July 24, 2011 at 9:13pm
Cherry Point is the smaller Marine Air station in the area. Havelock is a small town on the way to the beach. Not much to do here but I will be happy to give you any info that you need.

Cherry Point is very close-just across the river from me. Only about 15 minutes by ferry and 35 minutes driving around. Let me know if you need anything. I am happy to help.
