Paymaster, I'll be over in about 20 minutes. I'm sure that quilt is taking up a lot of needed space and I'll take if off your hands before the crowds get there today. :)

I'm single, I need that quilt to keep me warm on the lonely cold nights.

2boys.....Yes, Meet and Greets don't have to be anything huge. Sometimes someone will just say they feel like getting together and we will just pick a spot for coffee or snacks and get together. Other times we plan a Meet and Greet in advance. For me its easier to do in my home since I wanted to do a theme with the toy donation. Other times we have met at resturants. We even had an all day pillowcase sewing event.

No matter what we do when we get togehter, we always have a great time and come away knowing we are supported by our fellow Navy Mom's!

Have a great time tomorrow. I am sorry I can not join you, the Kings basketball team needs me to be there. Enjoy and you can all cuddle with my quilt until I have the time to get it form Jody.

Um...LZ27, I thought we'd established that I was going to be the proud recipient of the quilt. Ahem. Did you forget that? :)

Paymaster I left a bag by your front door for your M & G, it appeared you were not home. So you can just leave the quilt in a bag by the door and I will pick it up, TThank you. It would be wise to do this as you may never see 7 again

Tallmama....Sorry to hear about your sewing machine. There is never the right time for them to go. I have a pretty basic machine myself. Nothing fancy, but it turns out great projects.

Good morning, All. I haven't been able to come on and "see" everyone recently, but I think of you guys all the time. I'm working a lot and getting ready to go out to Chicago to see my daughter for the Thanksgiving Holiday. I'll be spending 9 blissful days cooking, cleaning, and caring for her and her new husband while she's finishing up her A school there. She thinks she'll be able to comp before stand down, but that's not a for sure thing because they're having to wait sometimes for lab time. She's doing well. Getting 95% so far in A school, and they just made her yeoman (I think I spelled that correctly). I'm very proud of her.

Jody, I'm in mourning for my sewing machine! It was having some difficulties sewing, so I took it into Meisners for a service and they've told me it cannot be resuscitated. I'm looking for a new sewing machien now. I always find this very difficult because I can never afford all the bells and whistles, so I'll have to find the best value with the most options.

All of you have a wonderful Thanksgiving with your families, and I will try to stop by and say hello more often. It's always a pleasure to read your posts, even though I don't often post.

Thanks!
