Before any of you commit a homicide, try divorce court first - my husband's fees are very reasonable - your marriageable daughter plus a case of Rainier Ale. I am just working like a BEAver getting everything ready for Number One son, who will be here next week! Your gals (and guy - isn't TrekkieDad the only guy here?) are the best.

December 6 - Sacramento - Lunch 12-3pm - hosted by Cindy/Vicky
December 12 - Livermore - Super 4-8pm - hosted by Jaye Lynn

Come on, all you East Bay people! This is the first in East Bay. Let's show a little support.
Debbie J. You did good. Any questions about PIR, we have many experts now. Speaking of PIRs, please post your photos here but suggestions under "PIR Tips and Advice" (Discussion Forum above) - that way it'll be a lot easier to find for our newbies.

This is a ways back, but SWCC stands for Special Warfare Combat Craft Crewman. I hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving, and for the crazy people, good shopping yesterday. (no offence, but it's crazy out there!!!) My son got to come home and I'm enjoying lots of Navy Mom hugs. Here, I'll share....(((HUGS)))

Monica, you're a hoot! Add "don't smash the computer." LOL

Raylene, 2x2 perfect. If my second son had not been 10 lbs and I was almost 40, I would have tried for a couple of girls. I am going to settle for spoiling my future DILs or granddaughters.

Lisa (JJsMom),
Message from my husband to yours. Lost your phone number. PM you again just now. Tee time at San Jose CC (off Alum Rock) on Sunday Nov 27 is 12:08. Hamid (Sharon's husband) is also playing. Bea

Everyone, please don't forget to RSVP for our two December MEET & GREETS. Just go to the "
SUMMARY OF EVENTS' under the Discussion Forum above, click on the link. Since these two events are held at private homes, let's give the organizer/host plenty of time to prepare for the right amount of food.
I am so very blessed to have met all of you in this group by internet and some of you in person. Please don't hesitate to shoot my a message or post here if you have suggestions for improving the calendar.

Happy T-day to each of you. Thank you for being here. We get to see our sailor and his family tomorrow. I hope that you all had a great day, and didn't work too hard.

Happy Thanksgiving to my Nor Cal Navy family. I was not going to mention this on a clean PG rated group but since Monica paved the way with all the censored unmentionables, I'll fess up. Alaina's turkey looks like it has just been pardoned (no political reference made, implicitly or explicitly) and I am no vegan, so I'll enjoy my turkey along with the prime rib.
BTW, I have no clue what Monica is talking about but I am sure some CIA program searching for keys words will be saving her comment on a permanent storage device somewhere.
XXOO to all. Bea

I got my call today. My son is now a sailor! He was very tired but he does get 10 hours of sleep tonight. He is doing the "adopt a sailor" and gets to go off base for a Thanksgiving meal. He is really looking forward to some good food. I am so happy for him and that I was able to talk to him for a long time. It's a great Thanksgiving.

My husband and I just picked-up the Christmas gift for our son who won't be home -- after reading the posts from Vicky and Raylene I'm thinking I'll get it in the mail next week, just to be sure it gets there in time.

Happy Thanksgiving everyone!
