HAPPY 2013 TO ALL NORCAL FAMILY!! I hope this is the best year ever for all of you and yours.
Home babysitting the grandchildren, while Navy son and wife have a weekend off in SF. They are meeting up some other Navy classmates and going to the Kraft bowl to watch Navy play AZ.
Happy New Year Ladies!! I am looking forward to the what the new year will bring and I am really glad for the holidays to be winding down!
My son seems to be doing great in boot camp, his division was lucky as they got to make calls home on Christmas. Soon as I finished talking to him I got into the holiday spirit and took a nap! A bit sleep deprived with him on my mind so much! lol
See you all soon!
YEA - N4M happy dance!!! For those of you who don't know that is when we are tearfully dancing around because of joyfull news - ususally in our robes, or jammies!!! Looking forward to pictures!!!

Welcome to our newest members it is good to have you here!
Glad to hear the sharing about sailors who are home - thanks for including those of us who weren't able to have that blessing this year.
I want to wish everyone a Happy and safe New Year.
Our sailor and his family got us flannel jammies! WOW, what a treat! Our daughter is comfortable with her diagnosis of MS, so now we attempt to see how this will work. Lots of learning.
Take care everyone. {{N4M}} hugs.
Popping in to say "hello" and I hope everyone had a nice Christmas day. We did Skype with my sailor during the family celebration Monday and it was great!
Welcome 2mnykds4! So glad you got to hear from your new sailor and you will be seeing him in the next few days.

Hi...just found this group on the site. I'm in Sacramento with a son who has PIR on 1/4/13. Getting so excited!!! He was adopted out today to a church and we were able to talk to him this morning! Was very excited. They also posted some pics so I got to see him in his uniform as well. Can't wait until next week!! Pray for good weather and no closed airports :)
Judy....OMG Nick got married! Congratulations!
