Happy Father's Day to our Dad members and all the Wives & Moms doing double duty while their sailors are deployed.

I know I saw this here a while ago, but can't find the posts, so would appreciate any advice.  My son is getting ready to buy a car.  Are there advantages/disadvantages to registering it in Goose Creek versus his home state?

Also, has anyone had any experiences, good or bad, with car dealers in or near Goose Creek?  Many thanks.

Proud mom - I have read that many of the former Nukes choose Crypto and are very happy in their choice. I hope he gets what he choses and I'm sure he will be much happier and less stressed.

I rented a little cottage on N. Rhett about 10 min from base. I will be there from 7-28 to 8-3.
Got my red on down to the undies.
Whoever posted the sailor with the mom under his bunk? was that here? I sent it to my son and he thought it was very funny.

Found the zits comic online. Funny it does sound like my Nuke son, Read the ones with how he wants to get his drivers license. My Nuke wanted to drive bad and into cars. His twin at 20 years old has no license and has no desire to get one. rides a bike everywhere, rode a bike 35 miles to enlist.
