Logans mom, your son may be in the same division as my son. His PIR is 4/16 also and will be going to SC for his training, grad and go as well.
We may see you this weekend!

Gayle-Em's Mom. Congratulations on your Sailor's PIR. Our son's PIR is 4/16 then off to nuke school. I know that he is also a grad and go so our time together will be short and sweet. It will be nice to finally have more phone contact with him now, I think that has been the hardest for me because he voice tells me everything. Good luck to your Sailor!!!

My son's PIR is 4/16. Don't know if he is a GNG yet. He is being tested today to see how his body reacts to exposure or something along those lines. Can anyone tell me what that is all about?

Hi all! My son's PIR is coming fast. Three more weeks from tomorrow. From there is also goes to SC. Not sure when but he should find out soon, correct? Thanks for explaining how long A school is, I was not sure about that. He should remain there for 18 months.

Hi guys, my son's PIR was 2/19, and he has been at GC for about 10 days. I went up to GC last weekend to take all his paraphanelia. It was a short/quick trip immediately on the heels of a trip from GA to PIR - but it seems to be a nice place and anyone going there will probably find plenty to do and will enjoy their stay.

Raytirza, Thank You! Hopefully this week I'll know from one of his letters! How's your son doing in A-school? How's the workload and the schedule? Is he able to visit on weekends?
