Choose your Username.  For the privacy and safety of you and/or your sailor, NO LAST NAMES ARE ALLOWED, even if your last name differs from that of your sailor (please make sure your URL address does not include your last name either).  Also, please do not include your email address in your user name. Go to "Settings" above to set your Username.  While there, complete your Profile so you can post and share photos and videos of your Sailor and share stories with other moms!

Make sure to read our Community Guidelines and this Navy Operations Security (OPSEC) checklist - loose lips sink ships!

Join groups!  Browse for groups for your PIR date, your sailor's occupational specialty, "A" school, assigned ship, homeport city, your own city or state, and a myriad of other interests. Jump in and introduce yourself!  Start making friends that can last a lifetime.

OPSEC - Navy Operations Security

Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind.  In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships."  OPSEC is everyone's responsibility. 

DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.  

DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

Good morning al;
In about 3 1/2 hours, I will be leaving for the airport to fly to Chicago for the 12/4 PIR. Its in the mid 30's here right now 8:45 pst, but its colder in the Illinois, so I'm going to look like Nanuk most of this weekend. Catch you all when I get back.

My hubbys check went in yesterday early AM he left 10/28! wanted to let ya'll know but we had already opened up a new Navy federal acct b4 he left :) Goodnight Ladies

I thought they got paid twice a month, 1st and 15th. My son left for GL 10/28 I thought he would get a paycheck on the 15th of Nov. He did not. He did get paid on the 30th of Nov.

Yes DebinMKC-I was going to but it was going to cost way too much in the long run and I need to spend as much time as I possibly can w/MY family!! I'm happy with my decision due to the awesome weather here in FL!! LOL

Good morning Ladies!! Well, my hubby has officailly been at bootcamp for 5 weeks now :) I can't believe we've made it this far already!! Only 27 DAYS UNTIL IM IN GREAT LAKES-WOOHOO!
