Linda,
You don't really need a form from here. Just make up your own list of questions you want answers to - write or type them out and give your sailor room to write their answers. That way they can answer all your questions in a much quicker time (since their time is at a premium) and then send it back to you. I did that to my daughter!!

But all that needs to wait till you get in the game of course. But then if your already at the stadium with tickets in hand I guess it doesn't matter. I have to be careful when the game NAVY vs ARMY comes on. See I am a Army Brat and my son is in the Navy and my husband is retired Navy. My father is retired Army.

mommy phillips,

Maybe if you call your husbands family and tell a little fib and say you won't say "GO NAVY" they might give you tickets. And then of course whenyou get to the game yell it all you want. But also make sure you wear a PROUD NAVY MOM t-shirt to the game. (HEHE)

Linda- I soooo understand your feelings, start writing to him everyday, questionaires with self addressed stamped env worked for my son as he was not a great writer and saved him time, i also got more information that way, i always told him how proud i was and kept the letters upbeat with odds and ends from home, he said you can never have to much mail, just remember, no musical cards, no stickers/decorations on the outside or colored envelopes, you dont want to draw attention to your recruit. And believe me it does get easier every day, never easy but you kind of settle into a routine of writing and stalking the mailman lol, best of luck to you on this journey.

Well we got a nasty storm starting in Pike County and it is dark out. Feel sorry for people either going to or working at the fair.

I am now the proud mother of a SAILOR!!!! Congrats to all in 269, They achieved what they've been working toward for the last 8 weeks. The phone call was awsome, you could hear the pride in his voice, i wish i could have taped it.
