Good morning everyone. I haven't been on in a while. Tksmom how is your daughter? Please keep in touch and let us know when she is fiinally coming home. She has been on my mind. Anyone who gets a phone call or text at least once a week or more, you are lucky. Trying to get mine to call or text is almost impossible. He does post on facebook occassionally.

Dustin's Mom: Hang on to your gate pass from PIR because depending on the guard at the A school gate you may be able to drive him to his ship on base, we were able to do so for the most part but 1 guard in the am would not let us.

Print up a few so you can leave 1 in the car so you don't forget it. I printed 5 lol

Hi everyone - Happy Sunday to you!  My son graduates on 2/10 and then will transfer to A-School to train for his job of OS.  My question...he seems to think that he will be able to spend the weekend with us at our hotel.  I have not seen anything to back this up on any group's conversation on this website.  What I have heard is that they get Friday afternoon after PIR and after they transfer their things over to the new area, then Saturday and Sunday, most of the day.  Anything different in any of your experiences?  Thanks - less than two weeks until I see my boy!  Yipee!

After he moves over to A school he will get liberty and you can give it to him to take back to his Aschool ship

Hey you guys I have a question. I want to get my son a really cool Ronald Reagan Jelly Belly collection for graduation. Will he be able to take it over to A-school with him to keep in his quarters?
