ok
There is NO Applebees in HI but I have asked them if they can send coupons to the Military bases so the Military personal can use the coupons when they come back to the mainland.
I am still waiting for a reply from Applebees about the coupons.

Hi everyone! I am new to this group. My Sailor is an ET Nav on the USS Olympia Sub. I live in OK and am planning to visit Hawaii the first of next year. Anyone else with a sailor on the Olympia?

Hello everyone its been awhile just an up date my son called today to say everything is going fine. He is ahead in his learning of his boat. Been working long days. Other wise he's having a great time in Hawaii. We sure do miss him but happy to know he's ok.

Hey my son gets his ballcap (USS Cheyenne) from the Captain today in front of the whole crew. He said he couldn't wait. Working hard but loving it. Just wanted to share :)

Thanks Moms - we found a repair shop down the street from them that will look at the car no charge and give them an estimate. Over the phone the mechanic was optimistic the idling wasn't a big problem. It's so hard to be in Wisconsin, and unable to help. I love this website and the help everyone is willing to give. Thanks Moms!!

What a great place for golfing. OR bowling or fishing or ...anything!!!

NorthernRN - thanks for the reply. They can't get stickers for the car to go on base until they fix it up and not enough money to fix the problems that it has. They didn't pay anything for it so would sign the title over to someone that wants to work on it, just to get rid of it. They did find a place that will pick it up for free, sounds like their best solution. I think this place takes out anything useful and sells it.
