Hi. My SR's friend gave him his 2 extra tickets for my mom in law and my oldest son could get in. Any ideas how to go about this? Do they just say they other ones name?

There are no "tickets". They have to be on that Sailors access list. This is from RTC FAQ page. It does say they can't obtain tickets but I think that's exactly what they mean ...can't get tickets. It is up to the individual Sailor who he puts on the list. You will also need to know the Sailors name when you report in as your last names will not match up with his.

Q.
When will I receive tickets/passes to graduation?
A.

There are no actual tickets or passes. Recruits list the names of up to four guests that will be included on the access list. Recruits cannot obtain additional “tickets” from other recruits.

Q.
I am not sure I am on the access list. Can you find out and make changes if I am not?
A.

It is the recruit’s decision whom to place on the access list. Please communicate with your recruit well before the final week of training to be sure the right names are on the list. The Public Affairs Office does not have a copy of the access list as they names on the list are not divulged to the public. No additions, deletions or changes will be made to the access list the week of graduation.

I knew you'd respond FTLW! LOL. I didn't mean to say tickets LOL. So I have the other kids name, it seems like they just say his name? I'm afraid to screw up and end up I jail. LOL
Ha, ha...yeah...I gotcha girl...me too. The things we have to stress about...sometimes I get tired of being female! Practice the situation in your head! P'shaw actually...I was kinda miffed because from what I can remember, I don't think there was much chit chat...just a hand put out for the I D and name. Here's the way I have been taught...but STILL have trouble following...only answer what you are asked...try not to volunteer any info UNLESS you know it will benefit you...like you get pulled over and say, "My son is a Sailor!" I actually didn't even have to say anything once...the Sherrif saw the DOD sticker on the car! Whenever I start talking I screw it up...nervousness does that to me. Once I am calm it's better.
