Choose your Username.  For the privacy and safety of you and/or your sailor, NO LAST NAMES ARE ALLOWED, even if your last name differs from that of your sailor (please make sure your URL address does not include your last name either).  Also, please do not include your email address in your user name. Go to "Settings" above to set your Username.  While there, complete your Profile so you can post and share photos and videos of your Sailor and share stories with other moms!

Join groups!  Browse for groups for your PIR date, your sailor's occupational specialty, "A" school, assigned ship, homeport city, your own city or state, and a myriad of other interests. Jump in and introduce yourself!  Start making friends that can last a lifetime.

OPSEC - Navy Operations Security

Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind.  In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships."  OPSEC is everyone's responsibility. 

DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.  

DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

Great news Nyoli! Oh and we are staying at the Marriott.
im staying in ramada.inn..hopefully he will pass his swiming test//n battle station is soon b4 10-21
I'm sure he will. And with battle stations I am sure the division will help each other to succeed.
My SR just called and only had a few minutes said they were being called for battlestations.
Bs? You're kidding? I got a call the same time. Mine said they had to clean their racks. Although mine wasn't getting kicked off the fone like last time.

My husband talked to him. I asked 3 times are you sure. He was sure. Not sure what is going on with all the other comments about cleaning racks and such.

mine called too. he called about 4 oclock talked for about 15 min. then called back later and talked for 10 min more. I DONT KNOW  WHAT WAS GOING OON.i was just glad to hear his voice....take care everyone

he wanted me to fax over his birthcertification..first he said to over nite it> xpress mail..  but then he called again to fax it..i asked him is everything ok?/,,,he said yeah but.didnt tell me much..it was strange also..i guess they gettin all the paper work together really soon..yay!!..i think its too soon for Bs..isnt it..wish ya luck!!!

my son still has blood in urine he gets 2 days ld..limited duty then they test it again.i read on line it could be caused from too .much exercising.

Good evening everyone, I wanted to let you know that all the ribbons for this DIV that have been paid for as of yesterday have all been shipped. I am still waiting on payments from several and as soon as those payments arrive I will ship your ribbons. There is still plenty of time to order and get them in time for PIR. It is so weird I posted a comment saying all the ribbons that have been paid for have been shipped. I posted it for every DIV discussion and none of them are there. It is sooooo weird lol.
