Also, the Sundance Saloon's parking lot was a little hard for me to see from the street (it seemed set lower) and those big snow banks built up along the street in front of it didn't help, so keep your eyes peeled!  It's across the street from the side of the Springhill Suites...

I saw where a lady had posted in a group earlier this year that the Sundance Saloon is like a convention center setting....not like a bar setting.  Kids are welcome to attend!

Also, Sarge's Meet & Greet is family and kid-friendly as the saloon is closed to the public for this Navy family and friends event~~

Ok, here is a link for info only for Sarge's MeetandGreet.  It is for another PIR group, so you can't RVSP here.  He hasn't posted the link for this group yet, but here is the general info re: the MeetandGreet:

lfredrick:  The MeetandGreet is at a place called Sundance Saloon, which is very close to the Springhill Suites, maybe 1/2 mile from your hotel.  SO you are very close!  It runs from 4:45 to 9:30 the night before PIR and is free to you all (dinner is served).  I will post the link to the info page in a minute.

diannep: Thank you so much for the info., now I have a better idea of which airport I'll choose. I booked the Marriott Inn Residence, and I would like to know if the meet and greet will be at a nearby hotel and what time and day that will be. Again thanks a lot for sharing the information, I feel hopeful already.
