Welcome to the Division Discussion for Divisions 057 and 058

These two divisions are brother divisions and will be training together from the beginning through BS21 their final test. Your SRs, soon to be SAILORS, are becoming friends, and some of them may be heading to A School together.

Get to know each other, your SRs are!

Please still use the Main Wall of the PIR Group to post questions, and concerns, we “veteran” moms don’t always get to into the discussion area as often as we would like.

Every single question that is asked is important Every single concern is genuine Every single member is important to us We don't want to accidentally overlook any of them or you.

Hang in there!!!

Did he mention anything about "hell week"?

Hello everyone. My son is in Ship 9 Div 58 graduating Jan. 10. Does anyone know if they son can change the 4 people on the list? We were able to take his 2 sisters now. If they can't go to the ceremony, can they at least get on base or do they need to stay off base?

Yes, he can change those on the list. He will be given the opportunity to do so, typically about two weeks prior to PIR. make sure the names he submits match the names on the drivers license/IDs ( ie Robert not Bob). If the are not on the list they will not be allowed into the visitors center, which is where the check names against the list.

Our son just joined this Division, and we have not been able make contact with any parents from 58 here or on Facebook. How has the group been doing?
