Here are the links for the Meet and Greets available for this PIR date.

(Please RSVP to the Event you are attending...Sarge says he is getting 200+ people at the larger PIR's and wants to make sure he has enough food! Thank You!)

Here is a rundown of all three M & G's.

6-8 pm at the Ramada.

Finger foods – Chips and salsa, veggies and dip, egg rolls, meatballs, maybe another and it could change. (This is what they had when I went. Sarge was not doing a Meet and Greet then)

Bar – or you can bring in your own soft drink or water. Those staying at the Ramada get a voucher for to free drinks.

Hostess provides a name tag and will come in and greet everyone and ask if anyone would like to speak.

5:30 - 9 pm at the Sundance Saloon.

FREE transportation from Springhill Suites, Marriot Courtyard, Holiday Inn Express, Residence Inn, Candlewood Suites and Crossland. All other local hotels for a modest fee.

Guest Speaker from the Base (when available) to provide info on where to eat, things to do, how to save $$.

FREE food starting….they also have a menu if you want to order something.

Sarge has lived in the area for over 30 years and knows it well.

Sarge has arranged with his friend Nick at Trattoria-Pomigliano in Libertyville for a FREE meal – ANYTHING they want – for your Sailor.

There is a DJ.

Plus, Sarge goes above and beyond the “call of duty” to help Sailors and their families. (He is the “go to” guy for Taxi (shuttle) service. Prices are great and again does more than he has too!)

5-9 PM at Flanagan’s.

Was the original Meet and Greet for Navy 4 Moms years ago, and hoping to continue the tradition for years to come.

Have set up a room specifically for the meet and greet.

Is there a link to RSVP for Sarge's meet and greet??
Sarge and Flanagans haven't caught uo this far yet...I'll email them.

Hi FTWL!  How do we go about the rsvp for Sarge's meet and greet on 2/8/13 at the sundance saloon?  I don't see a link to the right of where I am typing.  I see several others just not  one for the 8th.

I am getting really excited!  Do a lot of people go from the Sarge event to Flanagan's afterwards?

I would like to RSVP for at Flanagan's, but would like to attend Sarge's.  Can we do a M&G run, lol..  Looking forward to the M & G!

That's what I want to do!!

I am staying at the Marriott so we'd like to go to the Sarge event since they have transportation and we really don't know the area. I am looking forward to meeting the other parents..

My daughters PIR is Feb. 8, 2013.  I will be staying at the Ramada but would like to attend Sarge meet and greet. Can anyone tell me if there is a shuttle from the Ramada to Sarge meet and greet or am I able to attend even if Im staying at the Ramada and the Ramada already has a meet and greet. Im hearing so many good things about Sarge and would like to attend. I would appreciate all the info and recommendations I can get being that Im traveling from Hawaii.

Mahalo (thank you)

I don't know about a shuttle but I am sure you are able to attend Sarge's meet and greet instead of Ramada's. In the least, you could have a taxi take you over to Sarge's meet and greet :) Sarge has his own taxi service too - you can get info directly from him - he is on this site - look for OldSarge on here or get to his page from one of his event links. Good luck!

How do you choose which Meet and Greet to attend; also, who attends.  We live in the area so more than the three who will attend the graduation could come.

From what I am reading - any family can go to these meet and greets - just RSVP for the amount of people going so the place you choose has ample food for everyone :) As far as which one, you just gotta pick one ;)  Good luck!

We are staying at the Homestead Suites and not sure how close that is to the Meet and Greets.  Not even sure if they have a shuttle.
