Choose your Username. For the privacy and safety of you and/or your sailor, NO LAST NAMES ARE ALLOWED, even if your last name differs from that of your sailor (please make sure your URL address does not include your last name either). Also, please do not include your email address in your user name. Go to "Settings" above to set your Username. While there, complete your Profile so you can post and share photos and videos of your Sailor and share stories with other moms!

Make sure to read our Community Guidelines and this Navy Operations Security (OPSEC) checklist - loose lips sink ships!

Join groups! Browse for groups for your PIR date, your sailor's occupational specialty, "A" school, assigned ship, homeport city, your own city or state, and a myriad of other interests. Jump in and introduce yourself! Start making friends that can last a lifetime.

OPSEC - Navy Operations Security

Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind. In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships." OPSEC is everyone's responsibility.

DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.

DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

For some reason, I thought yall were talking about silk scarves. You could tie them around your neck, head, on your purse strap etc. For those who don't typically wear scarves you can do a little bit more with silk ones.

The feather boas would definitely make us stand out though, Jackie!

Here is the pic of one of the scarves you wanted. Sorry I had several friend requests and can't remember which one you were and once you accept the friend request the message with it is gone forever. I am sure you know you are lol. Let me know if you have any questions. The plain scarves are $8.00 and the ones with the machine appliqued anchors are $13.00. If you order ribbons the scarves ship with the ribbons for free. Here is the link again to my facebook page if you want to see more pics of the ribbons and scarves. :-) the scarves come in pretty much any color you want.

Once you ladies decide you can edit your discussion by going to the top right of it and clicking "Options" when you are done don't forget to click "Save" at the bottom right.

Oh, and LaLaRibbon Queen PIR Ribbons who makes beautiful ribbons for purchase for PIR also makes scarves! She is very talented!
