Choose your Username. For the privacy and safety of you and/or your sailor, NO LAST NAMES ARE ALLOWED, even if your last name differs from that of your sailor (please make sure your URL address does not include your last name either). Also, please do not include your email address in your user name. Go to "Settings" above to set your Username. While there, complete your Profile so you can post and share photos and videos of your Sailor and share stories with other moms!

Join groups! Browse for groups for your PIR date, your sailor's occupational specialty, "A" school, assigned ship, homeport city, your own city or state, and a myriad of other interests. Jump in and introduce yourself! Start making friends that can last a lifetime.

OPSEC - Navy Operations Security

Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind. In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships." OPSEC is everyone's responsibility.

DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.

DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

Still waiting to hear from my boyfriend... first letter should be any day now right? (he left on the 5th) and then as soon as I get that I will make PIR plans. I've been having tooth pain to the extreme and have been on pain meds all weekend, Friday I'm getting all 4 wisdom teeth out!! My boyfriend is not going to believe what has happened in 2 weeks since he left!!

Thanks guys for all the advice and reading material over the next week so I can send out Michael's letter and get ready and meet everyone in March! I can't wait!

Both my youngest son and daughter are at work and my hubby isn't home yet either..so here I sit. I have been working on a photo collage in photoshop for my sr....but almost all of my pictures are on my portable hard drive - and I dread digging through those files...there are a ton of them!
