Welcome to the Division Discussion for Divisions 103 and 104
These two divisions are brother divisions and will be training together from the beginning through BS21 their final test. Your SRs, soon to be SAILORS, are becoming friends, and some of them may be heading to A School together.
Get to know each other, your SRs are!
Please still use the Main Wall of the PIR Group to post questions, and concerns, we “veteran” moms don’t always get to into the discussion area as often as we would like.
Every single question that is asked is important Every single concern is genuine Every single member is important to us We don't want to accidentally overlook any of them or you.
Hang in there!!!

Hello! I am new to this forum and just read through all the posts...phew, I had a lot of catching up to do lol! My son is ship 14 div 104. He will be going to San Antonio for A school for Corpsman. It's great to meet you all!
Hi MrsB - welcome! Nice to meet you! My son is in 103 - headed to Pensacola after BC!
I've never asked....is anyone's SR going to San Diego for A school?
The RTC Facebook page posted some pictures, said they're random so they didn't record the division numbers. Hopefully some of ya'll will get to see your SRs!
I didn't see mine, but I loved seeing those pics! I felt like we got a glimpse into life at RTC. Pretty sweet treat!
I agree shw92 (Ship 14, Div 103) -- even if it wasn't 103! : )
Hi Ladies...I have been reading about these gift baskets that people put together for the Sarge's meet and greet to auction off to help off set the cost for the meet n greet. is anyone intersted in helping to put a couple of them together?
Hi tzmom Div 104 -- there was a post about the baskets on the Facebook page too -- I'm having a hard time keeping track of both sites! : ) Anyhow -- I posted on the Facebook page that I would do a "Top Gun" gift basket of military movies. I thought that would be fun!
Fridays have become my favorite day because that's when I usually get my letter! The one I got today was dated Feb. 16th and four pages! He said he's gotten 100s on all his inspections, and everyone calls him 5-0 lol. I'm so proud! Also, he said he's one of the six section leaders. I think he forgets I have no idea about Navy terms, so I frequently have to Google while reading his letters lol.
He also said their division (103) will be one of the first to march on graduation. He said try to sit on the right facing where they stand.
I hope everyone else heard from their SRs today!
That's great news Erica7513! 5-0 -- I like it! : ) So cool that they will be walking in first -- I'm tearing up just thinking about it -- I will be a total mess come PIR -- no mascara for me that day! LOL
Thanks for the info Erica, now I know where to sit! Popeyesgirl, I love the fun basket idea!
