~OPSEC OPerational SECurity, is always of the utmost importance.
~N4M’s also has Community Guidelines just like any other social media.
~Please take the time to read the OPSEC and N4M’s Community Guidelines.
~A quick note here, from the N4M’s CG’s:
• Don’t Jeopardize the Safety of Our Sailors: Remember OPSEC (Operational Security) (Don’t Sink Ships With Loose Lips) This site and all content posted on it are viewable to everyone on the Internet. This doesn’t mean you can’t share things about your Sailor – but too many details can put Sailors in harm’s way. The following are examples of red flags and should not be shared within this community either by posting or sending via a Group message:
• Sailors’ last names. This includes your username if you share the same last name as your son or daughter.
Some Suggestions:
~If your last name is different from your Recruits it is still not recommended for you to use in your username for your own personal security. This is your option. It is also not a good idea to use an email address as your username for personal security reasons.
~First Names and pictures of your Recruit are allowed but remember, everyone can see it and someone can easily match them up with their "mom". So you might want to consider changing your profile picture to not include your Recruit at least for the duration of BC. Again, your option
~It is also a good idea to make your settings for your Profile Page "viewable only to your friends"

Hello Friends!
"But let all who take refuge in You be glad;
let them ever sing for joy. Spread Your
protection over them that those who love
Your name may rejoice in You."
Psalm 5:11
Just got a phone call from my son. He was sick and they let him call. He will be fine ! But he did say that his Div. 118. will not get to make any more phone calls till Wed.the 19th. Just wanted everyone to know what he was told.. :(
Ship 09. Div 118.
Exciting, NickSmom! Hope all goes well for her and the baby!
Ladies, please remember that we are not allowed to post the actual BattleStations date for a particular division. If you did that, please click on the "x" in the box and delete! Thanks!
Thanks Deb! I am getting so excited!!!
Good morning everyone!! Hope all SR's are doing well. Wishing all SR"s good luck on their last week. It's been a long, demanding, and exhausting journey for all the SR's and us.. Thoughts and prayers to all the SR's (soon to me Sailor) and new recruits. Good luck to all SR's at Battle Stations. GO NAVY!!!!!
Wheeeww....JMREZ! No need to make bootcamp longer than it already is! :-) Glad you got it straight.
Good Morning All !
Anyone receive any more BattleStations dates for their division? If so, please friend request/message them to me for the schedule I'm keeping. Remember, we can't post the dates here on N4Moms or FB (RTC's request), but we can private message them. This PIR group starts "very soon" with its first divisions going through!
Ahh, it was the settings on my own computer. The date was wrong, so it made the countdown wrong. 9 Days 6 hours...much better.
The number of days left is under 10 (phew) I want time to pass quickly because I am missing my husband so much. Good luck to our SRs for day 6-3 tomorrow and all upcoming battlestations.
