Welcome to the Division Discussion for Divisions 123 and 124

These two divisions are brother divisions and will be training together from the beginning through BS21 their final test. Your SRs, soon to be SAILORS, are becoming friends, and some of them may be heading to A School together.

Get to know each other, your SRs are!

Please still use the Main Wall of the PIR Group to post questions, and concerns, we “veteran” moms don’t always get to into the discussion area as often as we would like.

Every single question that is asked is important Every single concern is genuine Every single member is important to us We don't want to accidentally overlook any of them or you.

Hang in there!!!

Got my form letter and call today....love it. Was awesome to hear from him

My son's girlfriend got a 40 minute call today.  He said others in his Div were getting calls.  Our SR spent the whole time talking to gf and didn't call us, but we got a good second hand report.  I'll take it!  :-)

Got a 30 minute around noon yesterday.. Most guys in div 123 has a cold but doing fine! Food is amazingly great. Eating well! Autopilot kick in for him already:)) Passsed swimming but He has room for improvement in his baseline PFA.
. No Cart PI/DMI inspection yet. Cart is phase 1 boot camp and PI stands for personnel inspection while DMI stands for dynamic material inspection. First DEPPER advancement exam is not until this coming week. Division 123 aspiring to earn many competition flags, most importantly the Captain'Cup! It Will not be easy but it's a great motivation and an admirable goal! HOOYAH!!!

k-love, you got a lot more info than we did.  We didn't talk to SR directly.  He called his girlfriend.  He also had a cold.  Evidently, they are having our son help with workouts (he is in very good shape).  I guess that is good...no idea.  He has become good friends with his bunkmate, but his girlfriend didn't get the friend's name.

..with the help of this site, I had my questions jotted down & asked away when I had a chance, lol!  I have been waiting for that call for since he left end of Jan...been sick and hospitalized missing him.  A call from him was a medicine I need, true euphoria and I would love to have more of it!  I hope you get same call soon too:=)

Sorry you are sick.  I'm praying for your healing.  I'm so glad you got to talk to your son.

thank U for your concern and prayers..forgot to tell you that it's a good thing for your SR to help with workouts and that he's in great shape.  One less thing for him to worry about to earn the FFD release (fit for duty)!  Division 123 needs someone like him to lead and help others pass PFA.  My SR needs him too.  So I thank him/U in advance ((hugs)).  Would it be funny if they're bunkmates?
