I know you are on cloud 9 FTLW, so so happy for you and answered prayers :-)
Katze- in is never unrealistic to hope for a call :-) I hope you get a "good" call Maybe your SR will need to call for security questions and you at least his voice for a few seconds.
Yay!! FTLW sso glad she is back home!!! Give him lots of hugs and kisses and then tell her how naughty she was and not to do it again!! So happy for you!!! Now time for you to get some rest!
Yay! FTLLW I am so glad your puppy is back. Now you can breathe and sleep a little easier.
Oh and YEAH PATRICK'S MOM WOO HOO
Is it being unrealistic to hope to hear from my SR by phone or letter now? Is it too soon. He went in 2/13 and his PIR is 4/6. I keep thinking if he does really well he will be rewarded! I know no news is good news but with all the I'm a Sailor calls, I'm getting excited! Ugh lol hurry up n wait!
FTLW so happy for you. I know what it is like when a furry loved one gets away. So far I've been lucky enough that they were never gone that long. Usually end up in the neighbors yard. Glad your fur baby is back!
HOOOOYAH! Thank you, Lord, for bringing FTLW's precious pup home! See? Never give up hope! Even dogs with "issues" are amazing! Love on that sweet pup!
I cannot believe it! I prayed and prayed to God that I wanted to be PROVED WRONG about her not being able to find her way out of a paper bag…and I have been!
I was sitting here on the computer doing my N4M thing when I heard a “bark”. We have lots of barks in this neighborhood but I “knew” this one.
I said, “Do we have any dogs outside (going potty)?”
“No”
Bark.
“Listen”…her boy came over to me and I heard scraping on the back brick wall (the one she went over this time…first time)…then “Bark, Bark”…then it started to move away. I told him to run! I knew that bark!
Sure enough it was her and she was running off (okay she can find her way home but she STILL has issues! I don’t care…she is cute, and I want to pound on her and hug her forever at the same time!) The boys caught her and she is now exhausted in her kennel…skinnier and with only a torn pad to show for it.
I’m a little exhausted myself…where’s my kennel…
THANK YOU ALL for "bearing" this with me! It has meant A LOT.
Guess what?
They never want to listen at that age, heck they don't want to listen at any age lol. I am sure they will all figure out sooner or latter that Mom was right..... at least most of the time lol.
