Got my husband's form letter on Monday, March 5. It was postmarked on March 1, so I'm thinking it takes about 2-3 business days to get from there to Austin, Texas. Hope that's helpful for anyone.

If anyone else's loved one is in this ship/division, please let me know. He's an AECF. I don't want anyone to go without letters so I was going to ask him if there was a particularly lonely recruit and organize some sort-of letter writing campaign so no one feels left out.

10 days and a letter just arrived !!!! flipping around, feeling like a fish on dry land.... gosh... cant wait for the 27th !!!!

we hit the single digits ... 9 days !

This division with 128 should be the first to go through BattleStations.  Does anyone have a confirmed date?  I have an idea...and it is coming up soon.  Please private message me if you have heard a date.  Thanks!  Please do not post on this site as we are not allowed to post actual dates on N4Moms...only private messages.

Hello Ladies, we are 6 more days!!!!  We should all be getting phone calls this afternoon from our "Sailors", I'm so excited and keep carrying my phone with me waiting for it.  Got a letter from son yesterday, said that they should have gotten another phone call last Friday, but again some of the guys were screwing up.  I hope they got their act together.  You would think by now they should know what's going on!   Can't wait see all of our loved ones next week in their uniforms.

A N Y   PHONE CALLS YET

NO and i'm getting really anxious.  My husband just called me and the first thing i said was "did you get a phone call" , I think he was a little upset that i didn't seem happy to talk to him:(  i can't stand it anymore, when are they going to CALL..................

THE CALLS ARE COMING NOW......MY SON'S GIRLFRIEND GOT THE CALL AND SO DID MY MOTHER-IN-LAW.  SHE SAID THAT HE PROBABLY WON'T BE ABLE TO CALL ME AND HIS DAD BECAUSE THERE IS A BIG LINE TO USE THE PHONE.  THAT SUCKS........I WANT TO HEAR MY SON SAY HE IS A SAILOR.  NOT BY HEARING IT FROM HIS GIRLFRIEND AND HIS GRANDMOTHER.  I'M BEING GREEDY AND I DON'T CARE RIGHT NOW I JUST WANT TO HEAR FROM HIM.

WE WEREN'T SURE WHERE HE WAS GOING FROM THERE AND HE DID TELL HIS GRANDMOTHER THAT HE WILL BE GOING TO VA FOR 5 WKS AND THEN HAS A 2 WK LEAVE.  I PLAN ON HAVING HIM BY MY SIDE THE ENTIRE 2 WKS!!!!!!!!!

GOT A SAILOR NOW .... cant express how i feel <3

My son is Ship 07 Div 127 he is going into damage control. Is anyone else's son or husband going into that field. Also, I will be staying at the Ramada next week. Hope to meet a lot of y'all then. See you soon. I too, have enjoyed and appreciate this site. Haven't been on much, my sister was sick. Can't to see and hug my Sailor.
