OPSEC - Navy Operations Security

Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind.  In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships."  OPSEC is everyone's responsibility. 

DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.  

DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

In light of observed changes and impact of the Coronavirus Delta Variant and out of an abundance of caution for our recruits, Sailors, staff, and guests, Recruit Training Command is restricting Pass-in-Review (recruit graduation) to ONLY fully immunized guests (14-days post final COVID vaccination dose).

I have a does owing a car in the military work?  Do they have to register it in each state they go to?  My son is in FL and wants a car, but i think C school ends in April, then not sure what his orders will be...Any thoughts?  I ma not sure how to help him, insurance etc?

I am also leaving this group now but if any of you have an problems or questions at all about A-school or anything else I am only a message away. You can reach me by sending a message to me on this site, through my email or through contact us on my website I hope you and all your Sailors have a plesant A-school journey and get to visit often. There can be some hard times during A-school so continue to be as supportive as you were during boot camp for your Sailor. I wish "Fair winds and following seas" to all of you.  Lala

@ daughter loves Pensacola..plays on beach on liberty when able...been doing watches and trying class up to be able to wear civies. Hopefully able to next weekend. Can't wait to go see her. Happy ur son is good too!!

They told my son at least 2 months for the 
PRE CLASSES before he classes up..They are saturated .He keeps busy. Took a lot of duty and watches..

My son is still waiting to go to school stuck on base going on week 3 now hoping he goes or at least finds out tomorrow.

Hey Tiffany!! My daughter finally got to Pensacola this week. Different kind of adjustment. So happy she is out of TCU hold. Praying for them to class up sooner.

This is going to sound CRAZY but I wish A school was ran like BootCamp. LOL my son is waiting to class up (2 months)..
