Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind. In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships." OPSEC is everyone's responsibility.
DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.
DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

Okay, I hope this works. First time I have tried to link a word.doc.
Click on the link to open the file up. It will either open up (or ask you too) into a new page so that you will still have your N4M's site up.
You can work directly there or Save the file to your own computer.
I already typed in a Sample. Just clear it and do it however you like. You may have to "Enable Editing" (Should have a warning bar at the top of the page).
To clear the Sample just left click anywhere where I have typed and the Text Box will open up.
To paste your Profile pic from N4M's (it will be small:
In the text box of the doorknob project...left click where you want your pic to be located.
Then lower the Word doc to the bottom bar of your page.
Now, Hold your mouse over your Profile pic and right click.
Choose "Copy".
Now raise the Word doc (just left click on the Word pic on the bottom bar...don't worry...it "remembers" that you have copied your pic) and right click where the cursor is blinking. Choose "Paste".
Remember to save when you are all finished.
Once you save the project into your own computer...you can edit it like any word doc. Change the color, size and style of font. Insert any clip art you may have...or even if you don't want the little Profil pic you can copy and paste in the one that you have saved on your computer. You may have to play with it though as it will paste in at the size that it is saved on your computer. So that could be quite large. You would have to use whatever program you have to crop and edit. Mine is just the Windows Live Photo Gallery and so is limited.
I'll make a Sample of that one too.
