Hey fellow ship 09/div 166ers!! you should be so proud of our SR;s.  In my daughters letter, she said they were all doing great,  they are marching without an RDC.  she mentioned lots of friends... I will give you first and last letter. T-----k, message me if you are on n4ms.  so exciting to see the change in her letters...she is so exicited for PIR...2 more weeks!!!! They took their Pictures already...not sure if blues or whites though..oh what a great day! Never thought I would be so happy to read a letter!

My husband wrote something about taking pics in their blues

I am new to this site i just found it this week. I have enjoyed reading all the posts.
My daughter also said pix where in their blues.. but PIR will be in their whites. Sounds like they're doing a great job!! HOOYAH 09/166!!!! She also asked me to say a prayer for them during finals (im sure she means battle stations). She said if you don't pass that, you get held back on training & PIR. Wishing our SR's (Future US Navy Sailors) the best of luck!!!
OMG OMG OMG.. my daughter called at 6:45 & I missed it!!!!!! I.put my phone to charge & didn't turn the ringer up!!!! :'( I'm so upset.. did anyone else get calls??

No phone call here...Unless my phone was out of reception and he didn't leave a message....did you at least get a voice mail?

Yes, she said she loved me!! So upset right now!! We checked my phone about 50 times, & the ringer was turned up the whole time.. don't know how no one heard the calls. Ugh!!!! 11 days/13 hours...
